Open Events Calendar

This Open Events Calendar is an interactive interface for showcasing upcoming events, webinars, or open days. It helps users quickly identify what’s planned and when.

🗓️ Calendar Features

• Month Selector: Users can choose the desired month using a dropdown menu.
• Highlighted Active Day: The selected date is highlighted for clarity.
• Auto-detection of Today: The calendar focuses on the current date and shows the nearest upcoming event automatically.
• Event Details Panel: Clicking a date with an event displays its full title, description, and time.
• Empty Month Detection: If the user opens a month with no events, the calendar suggests returning to the nearest event.

⚙️ Remote Event Management

Product managers (PMs) can manage all event data remotely through a dedicated admin panel.

• Create, edit, and delete events by specifying date, time, event type, name, and description.
• Pre-registration and “More Info” buttons can be toggled individually for each event.
• Instant updates: All changes are reflected in the calendar in real time, without requiring a page reload.

🚫 Month Disabling

Inactive or outdated months can be disabled from the calendar. Users will not be able to browse those months, keeping the interface clean and focused only on relevant timeframes.
